To uphold our five-star service promise, we may conduct post-closing warranty visits at 30 days and/or 11 months to address any concerns you may have. These visits are crucial for maintaining the quality and functionality of your new home. Your customer care representative will take charge of scheduling and completing these visits efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
All prescheduled warranty visits and services are conducted during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Understanding that issues can arise outside of these times, KMC Homes also provides after-hours emergency support to address urgent matters promptly.
